Description
The Tecnifibre Slash 125 squash racket is a premium, high-performance frame built for aggressive, attacking players who demand maximum power, speed, and responsiveness on the court. Weighing a mere 125 grams, the Slash 125 offers exceptional maneuverability — enabling fast swings, quick reaction times, and effortless racket handling during rapid exchanges. This ultra-light build makes it ideal for players who rely on quick drives, volley attacks, and explosive offensive shots rather than slow, deliberate strokes. squashproshop.com+2mytecnifibre.com+2
A standout feature is the “X-TOP Revolution” technology: rather than using a traditional plastic bumper at the top of the head, the Slash 125 replaces it with a structure composed of active aramid fibres treated with PTFE for improved slide and abrasion resistance against court walls. That translates into a smoother, more aerodynamic swing and enhanced durability. The result: increased swing speed, greater hit responsiveness, reduced vibration and improved comfort on impact — all without compromising structural strength. Achivr+2Squash Experts+2
Complementing X-TOP, the Slash 125 employs YOKE POWER TECHNOLOGY: a larger, longer 485 cm² head size gives a generous sweet spot and enhances string elasticity — meaning each hit can generate more power with less effort. The frame’s design includes a narrower open core, reinforced external bracing for increased rigidity, and an oversized 390 mm² shaft for maximum energy transfer. This builds a racket that is forgiving, powerful, and capable of delivering deep drives, aggressive volleys, and winning shots with ease. bancroftsquash.org+2bassline.shop+2
For convenience and ready-to-play value: the racket comes pre-strung with Tecnifibre’s classic “305” string — noted among squash players for balancing power and comfort. This saves you the hassle of custom stringing before first use, and provides a reliable, high-quality string bed from day one. squashproshop.com+1
Design-wise, the Slash 125 embraces a modern and bold aesthetic: a clean white frame accented with light grey X-TOP elements and striking fluorescent-green graphics — giving the racket a sleek, contemporary look. The brand logo is subtly “slashed” as part of the design, underlining both style and performance. mytecnifibre.com+1
On court, the Slash 125 stands out if you’re aiming for speed-oriented, hard-hitting squash. Its lightweight agility supports quick reflexes at the front of the court, while its head size and frame power deliver deep drives, strong attacking volleys, and controlled winners. Especially if you favour fast-paced rallies or offensive play — Slash 125 offers an excellent balance of control, power, and responsiveness.
In summary: The Tecnifibre Slash 125 combines cutting-edge materials, advanced racket-head engineering, and lightweight manoeuvrability to deliver a powerful, responsive, and highly playable squash racket — ideal for competitive players seeking speed, power, and precision in every shot.
