This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

❌ What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper or incorrect use.

Accidents, impacts, or misuse.

Improper storage or maintenance.

Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care or usage instructions.

Any damage resulting from regular use or external factors.

🔍 Warranty Inspection Process

When a warranty claim is submitted, the product will first be inspected by the Halawa Sports team.

If necessary, the product may be sent to the manufacturer or authorized distributor for a technical inspection to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or by normal use, misuse, or external damage.

The manufacturer’s or authorized distributor’s inspection report will serve as the final reference in determining warranty eligibility.

📝 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Halawa Sports Customer Support.

2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.

4. If required, return the product for inspection.

5. Once the inspection is completed, you will be informed of the results and the appropriate resolution.

⏳ Warranty Processing Time

We aim to process all warranty claims as quickly as possible.

However, in some cases, the inspection process may take up to 15 business days, especially if the product needs to be examined by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.

The processing period begins from the date the product is received by Halawa Sports or the inspection authority, not from the date the warranty claim is submitted.

ℹ️ Important Notes

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, improper care, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions is not covered.

Halawa Sports reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on the final technical inspection results.

By submitting a warranty claim, the customer agrees to the inspection process and the final decision based on the technical evaluation.
