Edwards Championship tennis nets are made from high-strength, 3.5mm twisted polyethylene netting. The knotted 45mm mesh design adds strength and structure, with each knot hand-checked before the next stage of production.

With the base net in place, we add reinforcement by machine overlocking the sides and bottom with PVC banding, sealing the net and protecting the edges from weather and impact damage. Across the top, we double-stitch a vinyl headband containing a plastic-coated headwire line with a loop and pin tensioning system. The vinyl-coated headband is hard-wearing and easy to clean. Ideal for outdoors.
