Shipping Process
All orders from Halawa Sports are shipped via a fast courier service covering all areas across Egypt as quickly as possible.
You may also request same-day delivery or choose office pickup in Hadayek October.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and status updates.
Please make sure to enter your email address when placing your order to receive these details.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order details.
Inspection & Returns
Orders may be inspected upon delivery. If you face any issues and wish to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy for assistance.

You may return or exchange products within 14 days from the delivery date.

Other Governorates:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days.

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the purchase date.
Processing Time:
Cairo, Giza, and other governorates: 2–7 business days from the pickup date (including quality check).
Pickup:
Your item will be collected within 48 hours of submitting your return or exchange request.
Condition:
Products must be returned in their original condition. Any item returned in a different condition will be sent back to the customer.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount and are non-refundable.
Refund Options
We offer several refund options depending on your payment method:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If your order was paid in cash upon delivery, the refund amount will be transferred after the product is returned via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, after deducting 1% collection fee charged by the shipping company.
2. Installment & Payment Gateways (Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact, Halan, Seven, Aman, Tru)
If your order was paid using any of these methods:
– The refund will be processed within 48 business hours.
– The amount will be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days.
3. Bank Card or Bank Account Payments
If payment was made via bank card or direct bank transfer:
– The refund will be processed within 48 business hours.
– The amount will be reflected in your account within 3–14 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange their product for the same item or any other product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchange Processing Time:
The exchange will be completed within 3 business days after confirmation.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate your exchange request. We will process it as quickly as possible.
Exchange Conditions:
– You may exchange for the same product or a different product.
– The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
– Customers must notify us of the exchange request on the same day of delivery and provide photos and a video of the product to ensure fast processing.
If notification is not made on the same day or photos/videos are not provided:
The exchange process may take up to 7 business days, as the product will first be returned and inspected before the requested item is shipped.
